MEGANTARA

On tenth September, my school held a festival named”MEGANTARA”. The theme of this festival about Indonesian’s cultur. So, the festival showed us all cultural from each island in Indoonesia. The open gate was at 11 am but for  tenth grade, we had to follow the parade first. The parade started at 7 am so it was in the morning and i was really lazy at that time. The truth i was still sleepy at that time.

After the parade was over, me and my friends decided to eat at” warteg” because we were hungry at that time. Then we waited in school, it was very boring to wait in such a long time. I didnt realize that i’ve waited almost 3 hours and it was 12 pm. I prayed first and changed the clothes after that i went to the event.

After get checked, i went into the entrance. The entrance led me to basketfield. There was a lot of food stand and beverages there. The stage was awesome, also the perfomamce was good. I bought fried rice there, and is tasted delicious. Me and my friend watched some perfomance untill 3 pm.

But unfortunately i had to go before the main event was started. I had to to Jakarta because on Monday there would be “idul adha” so i need to gather with my big family in Jakarta.

I thought this event was awesome. It had a good theeme and many amazing perfomance espicially the guest star. And at last I hope that we can make a better festival next year.
